Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage projects from start through to handover which includes but not limited to Layout preparation, equipment commissioning & supporting documentation.
With the use of CIP & LEAN principles identify ways to reduce production costs, improve efficiencies and yield.
You will provide day to day support to production leaders.
Proactive problem-solving support of reoccurring productions issues including downtime, performance and quality issues using various problem-solving techniques eg; 5Y's, Fishbone, 8D's, etc.
Work closely with inter departments eg; supply chain, production and technical team to enable continuous improvement of all performance & quality related KPI's in line with the company objectives.
What you will need to succeed:
You will have a good understanding of OEE, BOM's, Project management
Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies ie: VSM, 5S, 8 wastes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Be able to manage change effectively
You will be a self-starter and react well to change in a fast-paced environment
