Our client continues to grow through innovation, depth of range and customer loyalty. The company is now seeking an electrical assembler/junior product technician.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for component management (ensure product is in stock and correctly labelled and located)
Attend site visits across the UK, to repair luminaires, as well as assisting customers with technical issues.
Ensure products are coded correctly for customers
Sample preparation of products including advertising displays for client visits
Learn different LED technologies such as dimming types and emergency options
Assist in LED production and project completion
Occasional stock delivery to sites in company van/car
Adhere to strict electrical health and safety instructions and processes
Provide support to warehouse during peak times to include picking, packing and unloading containers from overseas suppliers
Requirements:
Electrical experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to work within a team and as an individual
Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels
Excellent organisation skills
Experience with SAP desirable but not essential
Experienced with using Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
A full clean driving licence
