Customer Service – Contact Centre

Have you worked within customer Services, have good computer skills and like to develop a career within a contact centre? – If so, this may be ideal for you!

Working in a call centre environment receiving calls from clients, trades and subcontractors you will be tasked to scheduling appointments and coordination of services.

Duties include

  • Receiving appointments over the telephone, schedule and book appointments to available appointment slots, record accurate, timely and valuable appointment information into the job management systems and database.
  • You will also communicate with our Direct Operatives and Subcontractors, sending them to jobs and taking accurate and valuable job completion information when repairs have been completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing the process of delivering the perfect repair for the customer.

• To record accurate, timely and valuable information directly into Job Management Systems and Database, or any other system(s) used to deliver the service

• To send trades who become available to jobs in the most efficient and effective way ensuring they are productive eliminating or reducing travel and idle time.

• To assist with any other administrative activities that are required to support the team, effectively manage the service and provide updates and information to the client.

Skills

• A professional and courteous telephone manner at all times irrespective of the situation and escalate to your supervisor for support if required.

• Able to deal with lots of activity, remain focused on the call/appointment you are dealing with, and the information that needs to be recorded or transferred by completing the task you are on before moving on to the next.

• Have good computer skills in MS Office and be comfortable and a quick learner in using job management systems.

• Have good typing skills and be able to record information straight into the job management systems.

• Be a team player, flexible in your working hours to support the delivery of the service, reliable and dependable.

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades. (Desirable)

• Good understanding of the Geographical Portsmouth City. (Desirable)

Experience

• Experience of working in a customer service or office environment.

Working Hours

(Contracted to work between 8am-7pm but currently only needed to work the hours below)

Rolling shift pattern

  • 8.30am – 5pm
  • 9.30am – 6pm
