To provide sales order processing and customer service in an effective, efficient and professional manner. Ensure that orders are raised in an accurate and timely manner whilst managing daily workloads.
Communicate with the respective Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the company in relation to business opportunities and provide customer feedback.
Principle accountabilities:
Processing orders timely and accurately.
Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers.
Liaising with customers maintaining excellent relationships and customer service.
Respond to customer enquiries providing after sales support.
Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems, keeping a calm disposition always.
Actively encourage distributors to implement the use of the electronic order form and e-commerce website or other methods enabling direct order input to Nav Dynamics.
Ensure back orders are distributed as soon as possible, taking the opportunity to upsell to customers.
The use of excel spreadsheets to analyse customer sales and produce reports for the business managers.
Validate customer data to ensure database is continually maintenance.
Requires: (functional/technical skills and knowledge)
Professionalism.
Use of Microsoft Excel, Word and ability to learn inhouse sales software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organisational skills and ability to keep calm under pressure.
Represent the company in a positive, polite and controlled manner, without exception.
Working hours
9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday.
