Customer Services Account Handler

Sal : Negotiable

Our client is looking for an experienced office administrator who has taken on customer services within their role. You will be delivering a first-class customer experience, effectively managing accounts, meet the customers` needs and maximize the value of every call and hit your individual targets.

  • Pro-actively sell Company products to existing and new customers through building excellent customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals
  • Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible
  • Understand the client`s needs & always try to exceed their expectations
  • Capture & update information accurately
  • Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently

Full Time @ 37.5 (Mon to Friday 9am to 5.30pm : 1 hour for lunch)
