Technical Technician / Architectural Technician

Workshop Recruitment have a new exciting opportunity for a Technical Technician / Architectural Technician to join our client, an Architectural practise based just north of Southampton.

The successful candidate will have worked on projects within the residential sector and be fully conversant on either AutoCAD or Revit.

You will be able to interact with clients/ architects/ planning department and contractors and be well-organized and punctual.

The projects you will be working on are within the residential sector anything from 50+ units, clients being big main contractors.

A driving licence is essential for this role due to public transport links being poor.

You will expect a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) with 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays. You will also be enrolled onto the pension scheme.
