Job Description

Workshop Recruitment are looking for 3 Multi-Traders to work within the Portsmouth and surrounding area. You will be working within Social Housing, Local Authority Sites (occupied and void) as well as on new build sites. You will be responsible for reactive maintenance and small works. Areas of work will mainyl local but can be as far as Worthing, Woking and Southampton (fuel will be supplemented after 20 miles).

Such work will include; fitting of various types of doors, first and second fixing carpentry, kitchen/bathroom installations, repairing minor leaks, ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling, basic plumbing and reactive maintenance.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• CSCS Card (Beneficial)
• 5 years Carpentry, Plumbing or Decorating experience
• Reliable & Hard Working
• Clean Driving License and Own Van, Tools and PPE (company van can be provided for the right applicant)
• Subject to a clear DBS (which can be provided if not already owned)
