They are looking to recruit a carpenter who can assist with their day to day works orders of reactive maintenance and PPM.

They are looking to recruit a carpenter who can assist with their day to day works orders of reactive maintenance and PPM.
A carpenter with specialised skills in fire doors or FRA works such as their installation and maintenance would also be a beneficial addition to the team. Your duties will include the following;
Undertaking all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (given your skill set) to the required quality standards.
Assessing the work requirements when you get to site.
Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
Skills Required
Carpentry such as hanging doors, fixing kitchen cabinets and other similar reactive maintenance tasks
Kitchen and Bathroom Installation
Basic Plumbing is advantageous
Requirements
Previous carpentry experience (essential)
Previous fire door experience (beneficial)
Clean Driving License (essential)
Hard working
Reliable
FRA Qualification
FEDRA affiliation
Successful recruitment is subject to a mandatory Clean DBS and Drug Test
