Our client is looking for an experienced multi trader / carpenter to carry out kitchens, bathrooms, re-active maintenance, planned maintenance, hanging doors, fire door installation experience is a MUST have. You will be working within the social housing sector, must be willing to work in properties with vulnerable tenants, must have an advanced DBS certificate.

You must live in the Chichester area, but will be working from Bosham to Brighton, if you have to travel further a field from the Chichester area, a fuel allowance will be in place, must have own van and tools, must have exceptional customer service skills as you will be dealing with tenants, also void properties. This is a good opportunity as there may be more work for the right person after the 12-week duration, must have two good sources of references.

• Rip out kitchens
• Fire door installation experience a must
