Our client who are a manufacturer of bespoke products are looking for a Sales Order Administrator who has excellent customer service skills with experience in providing quotes and pricing for works with an excellent attention to details.

You must be comfortable liaising with customers both over the telephone and via email as well as internal teams.

Duties include…

  • Receiving and reviewing customer orders/quotes to ensure accuracy
  • Enter orders into the system promptly and precisely
  • Respond to quotes as efficiently as possible
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
  • Follow up outstanding quotes with the customer
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally

Experience and skills

  • Proven experience in order processing or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Proficient in using order processing software or systems
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams

Working Hours

07:30am - 16:00pm

Monday to Friday

Salary

£25,000 - £27,500 per year
