German Sales & Customer Services Administrator

£19-22K

Portsmouth

A world renown brand is looking to fill a newly created Sales & Customer Services Administrator position to assist the team in managing orders, data entry and providing our international accounts and customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with great, personalised service. Fluent oral and written German skills are a necessity. This is an all-encompassing role and the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Serve as liaison for the international accounts and first point of contact for the office
  • Place orders for customers and on behalf of the Sales team ensuring correct and timely data entry of enquiries and emails
  • Arrange transport and delivery of orders
  • Manage internal and external correspondence and communications in a timely manner
  • Receive and deal with telephone enquiries including follow-up
  • Compile various reports
  • Maintain records and other documentation
  • Identify and recommend improvements for administrative procedures and implement changes as appropriate
  • Provide the highest level of courtesy and professionalism to resolve any issues that arise
  • Be driven and highly self-motivated with outstanding customer services skills
  • Working well in a team and individually

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Native fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Attention to detail is vital!
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills are a must
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
