Our client, who specialises in planned works, reactive repair & maintenance, is looking to grow the team with a Contracts Compliance Administrator who can support the department by maintaining accurate information.

An ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar type industry and be confident working alongside team management making sure all compliance administration is updated following and during works in line with contracts.

You must be confident with the advanced use of MS Excel to manipulate data and able to maintain information relating to works on various systems in the business.

Duties Include

  • Ensure all processes are followed to provide accurate and timely information of key data
  • Maintain high levels of communication with all key stakeholders both within the Electrical department and other departments within the business
  • Where necessary directly address missing information with the team to ensure 100% Compliance.
  • Maintain all department Excel trackers, check for errors, jobs status, and check the data matches any reports.
  • Support with Job creation in both the database and external systems
  • When required provide monthly reports on the position of each work stream, highlighting any areas of concern along with key achievements.
  • If required, support the coordinators and deal with calls from clients and external operatives.

Skill Set Required

  • Previous experience withing the repairs and maintenance sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational/time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel)
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy at all times
  • Basic understanding of HSE requirements

Working Hours

  • 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
