Our client who specialises in Logistics and Warehousing of goods is looking for an experienced administrator to join the team. To be considered you must be capable of using Excel for data entry and some reporting.

The company are currently situated in Fareham but will be relocating closer to the Portsmouth area in a few months so own transport is advisable. The role is based in a fast paced Warehouse environment working along side the Logistics Manager and Warehouse teams.

Duties:

  • Data entry of paper invoices onto the inhouse systems
  • Checking Invoices for goods received and sent out
  • Customer Point of contact via telephone and email
  • Processing and generating of orders
  • Use Vlook UP’s and Pivot tables to source departmental information and reports

Essential

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
  • Ability to work to a fast pace
  • Accuracy when inputting information into a system
  • Providing an excellent customer service in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to multi task

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Salary

£21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.
