Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients, taking messages, arranging meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients, taking messages, arranging meetings and conferences.
Assisting with events organising when required.
Covering reception/ front of house duties.
Completing new client forms.
General administration tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing etc.
Drafting relevant letters to clients.
Ensuring that Engagement letters are generated and sent to clients via the portal if requested.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal staff to manage all their secretarial service
requirements.
Assisting with Land Registry searches.
Dealing with Bank audit requests / Confirmation.com.
Managing the merge of projects i.e. Tax info requests / P11D.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal staff to manage all their secretarial service requirements.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous secretarial experience ideally in a professional service.
Strong IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have a good telephone manner, accuracy and attention to detail.
Must work well as a team and have a pro-active team work approach.
