Our client is looking for a reliable accounts assistant to work along side the Finance Manager and the wider team to support with the accounts administration and general accounts team queries.

You will be confident with purchase ledger duties and open to learn more duties within the role.

You must be reliable in this role and looking for a long term opportunity

Duties include…

  • Purchase ledger administration
  • Data entry and general accounts administration on to Xero accounting software
  • General accounts office contact point and customer service
  • Deal with queries and statements

Skills and abilities…

  • Knowledge of Xero would be ideal or use of a very similar package
  • Attention to details
  • Indeopendent to work off own accord
  • Keen to learn and develop
  • Able to MS Office software

Hours

  • 15-16 per week
  • Flexible with how worked across the week (More than 2 days in office)

Pay

  • £12- £13 per hour depending on experience
