A team of staff from Workshop Recruitment took on the Great South Run as part of their ongoing charity fundraising on behalf of Brain Tumour Research.

The whole team put a lot of effort into training so that they would be prepared for the event.

The day of the run was bright and sunny, and the team all did their best. There were some excellent times recorded. Sam even managed to complete the race after falling and twisting his ankle along the way! Daimion was our fastest finisher with a time of 1 hour and 8 minutes. At the end of the race Workshop Recruitment’s runners were delighted to find out that they had come third overall in the team event.

Plus of course, they raised another £1350 for Brain Tumour Research.
